Amazon Photos is a free solution for storing large amounts of photos.  However, to get the best looking images to print or use digitally, you have to go through a few extra steps.

From a mobile device:

 I used an iPhone but I'm sure others are similar.

1. Click the photo you want to download so it opens up large in your browser. 

2. Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner.

3. Click "download" in the drop menu.

4. You will be asked if you want to download.  Click Download.

5. You will see the little arrow filling up in the menu bar. 

6. Once the arrow is completely filled, then click on the arrow.

7. Click Downloads.

8. A list of the files you have downloaded will appear.

9. Click on the file you want and it will display with the square and arrow in the bottom left hand side.

10. Click that and click "save image" and the image will be saved to your camera roll.
